Elf 'Mint Melt Collection' a Honest Review:

Elf cosmetics latest release is the mint melt collection a yummy fourteen-piece collection that is inspired by the pastel hues of mint chocolate ice cream, it creates a unique pop of colour for eyes, lips, and face. As soon as I saw the collection in real life I was struck by the unique and original colour selection, Mint green is not a colour you find often in eye pallets or in most makeup collections, so I knew I could mix up my normal everyday makeup look with the exciting new shades.

Mint Melt Eyeshadow Quads

There are two mini eyeshadow quads (bite-sized palettes ) in the collection that are perfect on-the-go or adding into your makeup collection as an extra pop of minty colour. The two ultra-pigmented mini eyeshadow quads feature a minty mix of both matte and shimmer shades, available in two variants:

Mint to Be - one dark mint metallic shade, one sliver /green duo-chrome shade and one matte light mint shade and one matte grey/green shade.

Chocolate Mint, - one matte light chocolate, one dark chocolate shade, one metallic champagne shade and one metallic mint shade.

The formula applies and blends easily and does not have too much fallout, if you want a really strong colour try wetting your brush it give you a more vivid colour. The selection of colours in each mini pallet really pop’s and you can easily make a unique and original style statement no matter which pallet you choose whether you want a natural with a pop of mint or a unique bright dramatic look.

These are my favourite items in the range, three new highly-pigmented shades in both matte and metallic hues: Mint for you, ice crème and Melt with me.

If you have not used the ‘No Budge Eyeshadow Sticks’ before they are a soft, highly-pigmented eyeshadow formula in a stick form that is long-wearing and crease-resistant. As always with Elf cosmetics their prices always surprise me with how budget-friendly, they are I picked up the pallets for just £4 each and the primer is only £8 which is really affordable compared with primers on the market and all elf products are cruelty-free and vegan.
